Mwandi Village located in Zambia

Mwandi Village is located about 3 hours south/west from Livingstone, Zambia’s tourist capital between the Botswana and Namibian.

It is a peaceful village on the banks of the Zambezi River and is the district seat.  With a population of over 8000 it centers around one paved main street, lined by small general stores, along with a newly formed United Church of Zambia Mission complete with a well staffed hospital 

Many of the inhabitants who are substance farmers or fishermen work for the newly formed district offices or the Mission
